At Aetrex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all footwear and orthotics. Items must be in their original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original shoe box and package them into a shipping carton, ensuring the pre-paid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; once received, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
