We recommend using our online 'Orthotic Quiz' or visiting a local retailer with an Albert 3D scanner. Generally, our L400 series is for high arches, L600 for medium/neutral arches, and L700 for flat feet or low arches.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their footwear sooner.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day wear test. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, even if they have been worn.
Are Aetrex shoes suitable for people with plantar fasciitis?
Yes, Aetrex footwear is designed with built-in arch support and premium cushioning specifically engineered to help alleviate common foot pains, including plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia.
How should I clean and maintain my Aetrex footwear?
For leather styles, use a damp cloth and mild soap. For suede, use a specialized suede brush. We do not recommend machine washing our footwear as it can damage the specialized orthotic materials.
